Dr. Aisha Ryan received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Delaware, and later obtained her Master of Science & Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. In 2005, Dr. Ryan established ALL Therapy, a private physical therapy practice currently located in Middletown, Delaware. Dr. Ryan’s interest in Physical Health & Wellness stems from her years of formalized dance training as well as her experience performing with a dance troupe domestically and internationally.
As a dancer, she witnessed her colleagues encountering various physical injuries which were potentially career ending, thereby causing her to value the relationship between movement and physical therapy rehabilitation. Dr. Ryan is married to Nick Ryan and is the devoted mother of 3 wonderful children ages 12, 10 & 9. When Dr. Ryan is not treating patients, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
STEPHANIE LORD
Stephanie Lord has served as the Executive Administrative Assistant since 2009. She has over 25 years of corporate and business management experience across a variety of corporate divisions. Prior to joining ALL Therapy, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Applied Science and Extended Family Studies. In her free time, Stephanie is President of the Trinidad & Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware and enjoys creating crafts and floral arrangements for her church. Her pride and joy is spending time with her seven grandchildren.
NICK RYAN
Nick Ryan serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development for ALL Therapy. He is a graduate of Drexel University’s College of Engineering and has over 20 years of extensive marketing and project management experience. An entrepreneur and problem solver, Nick prides himself on strategic planning and project execution. His free time is spent with his family, playing sports, traveling and community outreach. Nick is a key contributor to business growth in the region and a previous Chairman of the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce.
